Daily Rates
$25 - $30
Ideal for overnight stays. Includes full hookups, 30/50 AMP service. Includes all utility fees. A dumpster is provided.

$170 - $205
Stay a while and save. Includes full hookups, 30/50 AMP service. Includes all utility fees. A dumpster is provided.

What features are included in my site rate?
Each site includes full utility hookups—water, sewer, and both 30 and 50 amp service. Dumpster provided.
How do check-in and check-out work?
Arrive between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM for a smooth check-in. Check-out is by 11:00 AM to allow us to prepare the site for the next guest. Late check-outs may be requested for a nominal surcharge.
What are the deposit and cancellation policies?
A 50% deposit is required upon reservation. For a full deposit refund (minus processing), please cancel at least 7 days before your arrival. Cancellations within the 7-day window forfeit the deposit.
Do you offer extended stay discounts?
Yes, we offer special rates for weekly and monthly stays. These are a great way to enjoy the tranquility of Dungan Mobile Park for longer. Contact our office for current seasonal availability.
